           2). You agree that you will not use this website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose that infringes the laws, modifies, adapts or pirates this site.

            3). The Work of Art can be purchased from www.Rierainc.com

            4). You can pay for your order through the secure payment system Paypal, bank transfer, Stripe. The purchase you make is completely secure, your data will not be accessible to unauthorized persons.

            5). In the event that the Work is acquired within the United States Riera Inc will be responsible for the payment of the shipment, once the total payment of the cost of the work has been received. You will have a plazp of 36 to 48 hours for delivery.

            6).  The international shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process, being the responsibility of the customer.

​

             7).   In the case that you receive a damaged item or that does not match your order, you must notify it within a maximum period of 48 hours after receiving it.

              8). All the Artworks acquired, are sold with their certificate of authenticity duly signed by the Artist, justifying that it is a unique and original Work of Art.
